If I were to turn ON Accessibility for the PSA app on Android, it would turn off my Secure Startup setting where I have to enter a password for the Android OS will even start the boot process. I know there is a way for me to turn ON the Accessibility permissions the PSA app is requesting without having to disable Secure Startup. Until your app makes this fix, it will not work for me. I will not get rid of Secure Startup or encryption on my Android for any app.
The app works well without accessibility permissions turned on so I am marking this “completed”

Turning on Accessibility Settings for our app is optional. You can still share products from any app with PSA to have them show up in the app or to start tracking Price Changes.
